Choose a new password, at least 12 characters. Three or four unrelated words works well and is easy to remember. Type it twice so a typo cannot lock you out again.
This reset link is incomplete. Email programs sometimes break long links across two lines. Go back to the sign-in screen, ask for a new one, and open it with a single click.
